There are currently 2 intiatives regarding Slip Point:

1. To work with the County and Coast Guard to get a renewed lease asking for pubic access and new signage

2. To work with the Coast Guard to get a checklist for the transfer process and work with the County to do all environmental assessments needed.

- The project coordinator has turned in a grant for the County to submit to EPA for all necessary environmental assessments
